Frances - thank God that Nick came to youth and church; thank God for everyone who was friendly and welcoming to him; pray that he will find his family in God and grow in and knowledge; pray for the upcoming MYF committee meeting; pray for this girl that I met back in high school as she's gone through some hard times; pray that she will be able to come to youth soon and that our church family will be able to give her the support she needs
KC - thank God that my friends Joelene, Franky and her mum came here safely; pray that Joelene and Franky will get a job; thanks for my family and friends; thanks for life in general that we are so blessed; pray that mum and dad have a good time in Malaysia and have a safe trip; pray that my brother will come to Christ some time soon; pray for job applications; pray for my work friend Adeline as the doctor sent her to hospital the other day as she suffers depression and pray that she can find God in amongst all this her troubles
Jacky - pray for job applications; pray for Philip who's back into uni studies this year and will be starting his actual research; pray for upcoming baptisms; pray for this week's youth as I will be organizing it; pray for Wendy while she's working; pray for Andy as he has his permanent visa now and can get a better job
Steph L. - thank God that uni has gone well so far even though it's quite boring, also that it's good that I can get back into routine and make new friends; pray for everyone's studies
RL - pray that our congregation can mature and be accepting of each other's faults; pray for my memory as it seems to be getting worse and that we can learn as much Bible as we can while we are young
Sam - thank God for opportunities to serve at church; pray that next week's English service will go well
Tim - pray for everyone who's been sick that they would get better; pray for everyone's health; pray that our youth can continue to love one another whether they are old or new friends; pray for all the people affected by the floods last week; thank God for the Christian fellowship at uni that I can be exposed to mission work in Dentistry and have people who I can contact about it
Bui - pray for Callista that she can make a home in Brisbane and make friends; pray for my parents and for Brian to come to Christ; pray for Steffy's family to come to Christ; thanks that I got the job and for God's timing; pray that Callista can find a uni Christian fellowship; pray for ongoing job applications for ATan
Kev - thank God for family and prospective family; pray for direction and job applications this year; pray for opportunities and the ability to seize them; pray for more faith to rely on God during this semester whether things are going well or not; pray for the running of the photo shoot this weekend; pray for this Sunday when I start teaching Sunday School; thank God for the international group that my dad was pushing for in Sherwood as there were 73 new international people who came
Viv - pray that everyone who isn't well will be healed; thank God for so many newcomers to our youth and that they can stay and we can do something for them
Ems - thank God for my parents who have been taking care of me for so many years; pray for my exams
Serena - pray that my family will come to know Christ as their Saviour; pray for my dad whose health is not looking good, pray that everything will be okay when he gets a checkup this week; pray that if it is in God's will it won't be so painful for him; thank God for our youth as I recently went down to Sydney and noticed so many things we take for granted and pray that the Holy Spirit will keep encouraging us to love one another in Christ; pray for the Sydney youth as they are young and still growing in maturity; pray for patience and that when we go through hard times we can look to Jesus and we can understand what he went through; pray that Luke will get an interview
