The Methodist Youth Fellowship has been around for over 10 years, from its humble beginnings to what it has become now, a truly multicultural youth group.
The Methodist Youth Fellowship (MYF) is part of an Australia wide network of youth fellowships within the Chinese Methodist Church in Australia. At the end of every year a national youth convention is held where youth from all parts of Australia meet and fellowship with one another.
We are presently running two groups -- the Youth caters for university students and young workers, while the Junior Youth cater for the high school students.
Currently, we have Youth/Junior Youth meetings every Saturday night at 7pm in English. It all starts off with a combined praise and worship with the Junior Youth, then we separate into our two youth groups where each has its own unique program. Once a month, a combined Youth Service is held with a guest speaker teaching the Word of God.
There is bible study in English (Monday 7:30pm) to feed hungry souls thirsting for God's Word.
